Return and refund policy

At Unaltered Art, we strive to ensure that every piece of artwork reaches you in perfect condition. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to replace any items damaged during shipping. Here’s how our return and replacement policy works:

Eligibility for Replacement

  • Damage during Transit: If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or item, we require a video of the unboxing that clearly shows the damaged piece and packaging.
  • Unboxing Video Requirement: To qualify for a replacement, please provide an unedited video of the parcel unboxing, clearly showing any damage upon arrival.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us at info@unalteredart.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  2. Attach the unboxing video showing the damaged product.
  3. Include your order number, name, and a brief description of the issue.

Upon reviewing your submission, we will arrange to replace the damaged item and send it to you as soon as possible.
